After having downloaded and unzip the PwrCtl archive, you have to:

1. Run the server: run “pwrctl/server/runserver.bat” for windows or “pwrctl/server/server” for Linux
2. Run the client: upload “pwrctl/client/bin/Release/PwrCtl.exe” to your PDA and run it.
